Skip Bayless is overhyped. He is a classic example on how to "fail upward".

They choked away wins against lesser opponents at a neutral field and at home.
Now they have to go to Norman and play the highest ranked team on their schedule. I bet OU is 20+ point favorite in this game.

The one team they played that had a decent run game (Missouri) shredded them IN NORMAN for 241 yards and 3 touchdowns. Missouri, however, has an average passing game.
Missouri also got no sacks. A&M has only allowed 3 sacks ALL SEASON (as has Oklahoma). When A&M played Oklahoma last season, they got a LOT of pressure on Landry Jones and he tends to cough up the ball when he gets hit.

He has parlayed a mediocre gig into a long term engagement that people talk about all the time by doing exactly what people are talking abou there, creating drama. Bayless figured out his angle and that was to be controversial, play the devils advocate and create a buzz. It seems to have worked.

Skip Bayless is retarded, but as it has been pointed out that's pretty much what he's paid for.
As for people that think A&M will beat us LOL.
The teams teams that have a shot are Kansas State, OK State and maybe Baylor in that order.

Him and Robert Smith changed roles this year..last year Smith was the DICKHEAD...always badmouthing teams...we caught hell from Smith last year..DOESN'T MATTER..just keep winning...

Last week he said that he thought there was a 50/50 chance that a 1 loss Bama/LSU would end up playing an undefeated Bama/LSU in the BCSNCG. Even if OU was undefeated. Reece Davis listened to his argument, gave him a WTF look, and said ZERO chance.
