I'm not trolling or flaming or whatever. Genuinely interested in Arkansas fans' thoughts.

That happens everywhere. It's hard to get fans to drive anywhere over 45 min to watch a bball game against a crappy mid major. I'm sure Bud Walton will be packed just like most arenas once conference play starts.

Not a hog fan, but I think it is always going to be cause and effect a little bit. Unless you are UK in hoops or Bama in football people get tired of shitty sports. Build a winner and they will damn sure show up.

The whole post game interview was really strange. The way he was talking about our team made it seem like he was a part of our staff

In regards to our fans, disappointing but we will fill the place when SEC play starts

Do y'all actually care about conference play in basketball? Lord knows that with the current state of the SEC, that's about the least interesting part of the schedule in Lexington. It's disappointing, because I used to love conference play.

Yes but mainly because football season is over

Yes but you guys don't really give a shite about football so it really isn't comparable. Plus no one is trying to compare Kentucky basketball to the rest of the SEC at this point.

I loved it. I'm about to send to my 3 nephews all in school at Fay so they can ignore me like usual but they'll know I'm thinking of them.

Hope Southern Illinois doesn't play LSU this year. He'll have a meltdown.

Watching it was even stranger. It was like he knew he was getting fired and wanted a job offer.

I think it is just mainly the fact he has some good history with Mike Anderson. I guess we could have run up the score more than we did and he appreciated that.

There's some truth to that. There's a lot of other stuff to do around here now, though.

I have to agree with him there. The last few times I went to games at Bud Walton it wasn't standing room only by any means.

I went to uca and I would bet I attended more hog bball games during my college years than 80% of the senior class at UA.

But I was in school in the early 90's so...

They need called out. I think it's mainly because our bandwagon fans don't know how good of a team we have yet. Give it a few more weeks and Bud Walton will be rocking. This team is easily Mike's best he has had at Arkansas.
