In my biased opinion, have to go with the team that won back to back titles with the same starting 5. They were obviously unbeatable in tournament play.

1993-1994 Arkansas would beat any of the other teams given the same rules of that era.
Hell, the only reason they didn't repeat the following year was the lack of a backup point guard when Roger Crawford was gone and Kareem Reid didn't qualify because the NCAA were being assholes.
If any of those other teams beat an NCAA Tournament #1 seed by 52 points during their season, I'd love to hear about it.

The best team was 2011-12 Kentucky, but my favorite team was 2014-15. That Kentucky team just BARELY made the tournament, and when they got there, played with such heart (in particular the Harrison twins) and came within a wisp of winning it all!
