Should we make fun of Arkansas for playing a Thursday night opener?

I'm kinda leaning on we should.

No, and we should also get USCe back on Thursday nights.

No, because if they play on Thursday it doesn't interfere with Georgia playing on Saturday.

Doesn't that rotate? We played a Thursday night opener recently. It's actually not a bad deal. You get to watch your team play football 2 days sooner and Saturday can just channel surf the games until you find one you like.

No. It is football. Why would we make fun of any team for giving us the gift of football?

season openers are a tad different, although I still wouldn't want to play in one.
Any other Thursday game than an opener/thanksgiving/bowl game is for losers.

No. There are much better reasons to make fun of Arkansas.

With the SECNetwork and modern tv controlling sooooo much more it doesn't matter the way it used to. Before it was a slight but not so much these days.
That said, it IS teh Rant...

We should make fun of Arkansas every day.

No. We should make fun of Arkansas because their coach is a fat loser who is the Big10's gift to the SEC that keeps on giving:

Troy opened the season on a Thursday back in 2008 and 2009. It was nice to watch my team play without trying to find them on a Saturday or resort to streaming.

I like it as well considering it is Labor day weekend.

Don't they get nine days to prepare for their toughest non conference matchup because of it?

I wish LSU opened on a Thursday. Last time we did was 2007 and that year turned out ok for us

SEC Network moved the game to Thursday.

I anticipate the thursday night opendr all summer as long as its 2 competitive teams, not a Ga. Southern vs UGA type of game.
Also its the only show in town, everyone thirsty for football will be watching and then on satutday you can just sit back, relax and enjoy all of the other games

No. I like to make mock of Arkansas for having an obese coach and of course 56-3.
