I don't really see missouri wanting to stick around for too much longer.
You can count out any team from a current SEC state. I think OU would be a decent add, but OSU is tied to their hip.
I think one of the NC or VA teams is the best move.

How about Houston for Ark? At least it would bring in a larger TV Market and give Ark a chance to be relevant.

It is all about adding states, so I could see Auburn, Ole Miss going to the ACC as that would add states to the ACC footprint, but that will not happen.
More likely scenario would be NC State and Oklahoma because they bring in two new states to the SEC Cable Package and gets the conference to 16 teams.
Clemson had their chance, a more likely swap would be USCe for Clemson, but that is also not happening.

How about KY not even fielding a Football team and the other team gets credit for a win and have another bye weekend. That way if there are any more Hurricanes, it will be easier to reschedule games.
