Should State/LSU Officiating Crew Quietly...?

...be given a week off?
Don't get me wrong, we NEED officials & it is a Thankless job.
But, IF they missed these calls, should they Very Quietly be given a week off, too?

They should have been alerted that Day has a history with nasty personal fouls and has previously been suspended for attempting to injure opposing players.
It should have said something like "Keep an eye on Day.. white trash finna white trash"

I think it would be unfair to expect them to have caught that in real time.

Yes, they have a tough job; we need the extra official like the ACC is using, experimentally, for league games.

Are you kidding? Slive would be the one who made that decision. I'm sure he is quite pleased that MSU won the game and gave the SEC another team in the top 25.

They were very average and probably should have caught the Day stuff but shite happens. the crew's big miss early was not flagging the holding in the end zone on the third down pass by MSU. It was after they stopped the 4 runs by us. 7-2 with us getting the ball would have been better than them catching that first down (with a little push off by the wr). Instead. The next play went the distance and the game was MSU's to lose at that point. Such is life. The rule of thumb...don't play so poorly that it can be put in the hands of the ref.
