Should schools pay to get lineman healthy after they graduate?

Schools spend a lot of time and money developing lineman into good trench warriors while they're playing football. But the reality is the size schools are making their lineman is not healthy.
Seems like the schools should spend equal amounts of time and money returning the lineman to a healthy size after they graduate, that is if they don't get drafted by the NFL. Which means Arkansas, with Bielema, would rarely have to pay to get a lineman back to healthy size.

I think this thread is about Bert putting linemen in the NFL at Wisconsin

Personally, I think this is a great idea.

They shouldn't bet that fat in the first place. People try and shrug it off saying their so fast and strong and bla bla bla but being that big is absolutely horrible for you.
But no, schools shouldn't pay.

Should Nkemdiche help with this cause as well?

It's easy for most pro linemen to lose weight after they retire.
I don't see why college would be any different.

So Bert doesn't care about player safety?
huh.

No, we should start putting mechanics in place to benefit leaner linemen. As a society we shouldn't reward obesity. We worry so much over things like concussions and completely ignore the significant health threats that most of these guys carry for their entire lives as a result of being extremely over weight.

I thought Bert was into player safety? How's he supposed to coach with all these fatties running around everywhere

You realize your offensive linemen have extreme BMI numbers, you think Bert would set an example for being healthy, but sadly he only eats that example

Nkemdiche was made a fool of last season. Such an overrated player.

Bert fattens them up in hopes of eating them. Not for NFL preparation.
