Should Mizzou hire Richt?

I'm kind of torn. He's be a consistent winner, but it does seem like he's underachieved in several seasons recently. He'd bring some instant credibility in recruiting Florida and Georgia which I like, but I'm just not sure how he'd do here.
Thoughts? Could/would Richt be successful at Mizzou
ETA: shite forgot to get hunger strike, protest, SJW. There it's all here, let's try to have one decent thread

It would be a home run. Especially with the Georgia recruiting already established.

Mullen would be a better fit. Richt is an Evangelical white male. Missouri would need someone with a more radical bent. Dan Mullen is a Scientologist. I think he would fit in perfectly on that leftist campus.

Wasn't he a candidate for the job in 2001?
Unless he takes over at a place like Miami or Nebraska, I think Richt is through with coaching.

Richt is going home to Miami or staying in Athens as an admin.

I don't think Richt wants to coach at South Carolina or Missouri. He probably wants to stay as far away from UGA and the East as he can.

I wondered if he'd be interested in Miami and vice versa.
He's only 55, right? Done with coaching?

I'll say this. Sometimes successful coaches grow stale at a place after it's been a few years. Shelf life seems to be ten years and then both sides grow tiresome. Richt will probably sit out next year and then take a job the next and that's only because he wants to. He could have another job tomorrow if he wants it.

He would be the perfect hire. Neither Richt or Missouri could win a big game when it matters.

I agree 100%. You will see fewer and fewer of those 10 year guys now.

I'm guessing Richt will get better offers.
