You beat the best team in the nation at their place, but then go on losing to Memphis and McElwain? The 4th and 25 was just insane, but the Florida and Memphis losses weren't even very close. Just looking back, y'all grabbed a win nobody else is able to do but once again couldn't finish the deal.

The last weekend of the season, only two teams had a shot at the SEC West: Alabama and Ole Miss. LSU was not in the mix. Nothing more to say here.

Almost only counts in Horseshoes. When was the last time Ole Miss made an
appearance in the SEC Championship game? I'll hang up and listen.... Freeze will eventually be offered more money as well and leave. So don't get too excited until you actually make it to SEC Championship just once this half century.

The funny thing is that you probably don't even realize that you just posted the internal dialogue that you tell yourself to make yourself feel better. I hate to break it to you, but Freeze is going to be around for a while. And Ole Miss is going to stay competitive for a while. It's no longer just LSU and Bama at the top. But I'm not telling you anything you don't already know. Strap in mother fricker.

Classic. Didn't actually win anything, so expand the criteria to associate yourself with those that did.

It's always like that, the frickled SEC fan-base expect that their team to content for #1 every single season. Looked what happened to Miles and Richt... and people were saying that about Saban after Ole Miss.
