I don't thing we are going to recover from this lawsuit especially when it was the same thing as or worse than Baylor per the rant. :(

Must have been a really weak case to settle for 2.48 million. 8 plaintiffs, 33% for lawyers, and taxes

The court date wasn't until 2018. Given the low arse amount we just made one helluva deal. The PR alone from 2 more years of dragging it out would've cost us more than 2.48 and coaches were using a conspiracy theory version of events to negative recruit against us. A lot of our fans wanted to go to court but that's stupid given this deal. Our legal team should be doing back flips.
