Between Gus and Chizik...

If you had to lose one coach tomorrow, which would you rather have leave?

If any of them say they'd rather keep Chizik than Gus they're lying.

I really wouldn't want to lose either right now. That being said, Chizik brought in a ton of good coaches (Rocker, Luper, Taylor, etc). I doubt that Gus would be able to keep such a high level of talent at the other assistant/position coaches, so for that reason I would have Gene stay and Gus leave.

Chizik. He put this thing together. He will be there after Gus is gone. His record at ISU is nothing but meaningless fodder for the ignorant.

Chizik is most importantly a good man who understands what is important in life. I can't speak the same for Gus Malzahn. As long as Chizik is around good players will choose to come to Auburn for the right reasons. But if I were to choose solely on football then I would say Gus.

Our Veterinary school is working on a Gus clone just in case.
We don't know how this is gonna turn out but it's worth a shot.

Chizik... IMO, a defensive minded head coach is the way to go... instills a sense of 'toughness' in your team. Saban is a good example.

Chizik is very organized and was the man that brought this staff together.... I've got faith, for now.

Mike Shula is a good man who understands what is important in life... Just saying.

I would rather have a coach that was right for the University than one is good for football and not the players/University.

I know of one that you don't have to worry about losing.
