Serious question about who can win

I just wanted to know what people thought chances of the following teams winning an SEC Championship within the next 10 years. I am leaving off LSU and Alabama for obvious reasons.
Arkansas 40%
Auburn 40%
Ole Miss 0%--get to SEC championship game first
Miss St. 10%
Florida 70%
Georgia 50%
Carolina 25%
Tenner 25%
Kentucky 0%
Vandy Really?
I'm trying to be objective and not too homerish.
The SEC West teams have it tougher because of Bama and LSU.
