Yeah, that first part was probably the dumbest quote in this whole thread.
And Mizzou fans, there are definitely a couple UGA fans here who have given you credit so don't make it seem like no one respects you. We're just trying to explain why you're ranked third in the East in the preseason and I think it's pretty understandable.

IMO the "experts" and a lot fans have no idea how to gauge us because we don't necessary fit the typical high recruiting class equals wins model. Are we doing more with less? I don't necessarily agree. You can't get more out of a guy than he's capable of doing which proves the ranking services are more hat than cattle.

Well coaches and players should definitely act like no one has respected them to put that extra fire under their arse (nobody believes in us theory), but there's no advantage for the fans to act like that.

Unwarranted? The three big six schools in the East are the only ones with recent SEC championships and/or National Championships.
UT, UF and UG don't care about winning the East. Winning the SEC is all that matters and then playing for a NC.
This isn't rocket science. If anyone can tell me that the East hasn't been struggling since before Mizzou came in then I don't know what to tell you.
This shite is sillier than the Mizzou fan in this thread bitching about Gators talking about our defense when the defense only gave up 120 yards to Mizzou in 2014. That was just a strange game all around and a complete idiot was our head coach.

I'm not sure any Mizzou fans are all that upset about our preseason ranking in the East. I don't really get the Tennessee hype. But they've got a lot of talent on that team. Should be a put up or shut up kind of year for Butch. And Georgia is the clear favorite for the East. But there's a reason we actually play the games.

It was a really weird game. I contend the Georgia game was exactly the opposite of that game. The South Carolina game was weird, too. It was a weird season for us. We just stumbled and bumbled to the division lead.

Yes. Your blowout of Mizzou last year was a sign of ageless and permanent dominance of our football program. While the blowout you experienced against a 7-5 Florida was a huge fluke.
We just have to accept that Georgia was vastly superior to Mizzou, Mizzou was vastly superior to Florida, and Florida was vastly superior to Georgia. That's how football works.

Maybe..but I think UGA has had the best talent (Of the 5 teams) and we continue to lose games we should win. Missouri takes advantage of our ineptitude.
And, gve credit where it is due...Missouri had a good team in 2013. A REAL good team.
