I'm not trying to be a smart arse. It's a honest question. Has there been any laws broken? By freeze or anyone else? Has it gotten that serious?

I'm sure all of the rant lawyers will say he broke enough laws to put him in jail for 30 years.

I believe prostitution is illegal, even though I don't understand why.

Apparently the number he called was in Detroit...well..

He did something that is much much worse than what Bobby Petrino did in 2012.

The phone number was a Detroit number. It is not in service when officials checked. The service was in Tampa. No female crossed a state line.
