I guess keeping it in the family doesn't help.

Well damn guess I'm going to the wrong school if State plays in Jackson. What's this place here in Starkville?

Your numbers for Columbia are wrong.
945
Wait, there are two Columbia's. One is your number and the other is above. Weird. They are side by each.

I knew Starkville was Northeast of Jackson, but that area on the map was white with no data...I didn't go far enough North, so I just took the closest city with the most data. I've updated it now...and it turns out you have Syphilis. Sorry

Oxford has 741.48 out of 100k (.00741)
Oxford population is 21,757. OM population in Oxford is 18,423. Total is 40,180.
40,180 * .00741 = 297.73
So not even 300 people in Oxford/OM have an std. Not too bad
And the OP says towns. Not necessarily including the school, so the actual figure could be even lower
For just Oxford: 21,757*.00741=161.22 people

This data appears to show STD numbers based on the number of people in the area who have tested positive for STDs compared to the total population. This means that areas that test more would have higher values while low test rate areas have low values. (e.g. Considering the same populations, 500 actual STDs in an area in which 97% of cases have been reported (485) scores as more STDs than an area with an actual 2000 STDs in which 21% of cases of been reported (420). Population density in these areas further skews results.
TLDR - list is pointless

Will update...again...another city with two numbers...I'll post the larger population and re-rank. After updating Knoxville's numbers, they are still the lowest in the SEC.

That map is all jacked up. If you zoom into street level, different cities show up from different states.
I got Sugarland, Pittsburgh and Miami just by moving the cursor over Gainesville.
G'ville does have a high STD rate though.
