Already said it, but man you guys crowd was awesome. As good as your baseball program is, your fans are that much better. Arkansas brought a good crowd too and was very supportive of their program. I think it was around the b8, they had some Hog fan yell "Go Hogs" over the PA to get the other Arkansas fans to start cheering, and it was tuned out by the LSU fans screaming "LSU" over and over.

Mainieri said in one of his comments that his success in Hoover kind of goes hand-in-hand with how LSU fans attend the games. That so many fans travel to the games makes them feel like they need to succeed there.

Cole Freeman was quoted as saying during his first at bat, the Hawg's catcher told him " hey, didn't realize this was a home game for you guys".
