SEC teams winning other conferences

I saw where Florida won the Big East Lacrosse championship for the 3rd straight year (they joined 3 years ago) and hasn't lost a match in the Big East since 2015 and they have won 7 straight conference titles.
SEC members dominate equestrian without an SEC sanction.
What other SEC teams compete in other conferences in other sports and how have they done?

Mizzou Wrestling has won the MAC five years-in-a-row. (We joined 5 yrs ago.)

A&M won the big 12 in basketball last year

Yeah, they won in the previous conference 4 straight years as well. A few schools haven't been too happy about UF adding women's lacrosse especially with the quick rise to elite status. Early on some schools wouldn't even let their players use our locker room to hide how much nicer our facility was.

A&M competes in the Greater West Coast Conference, but only in cock sucking. We've never been licked.

Clemson won the SEC in football, baseball, basketball.

Pretty sure UK and USCe men's soccer are both C-USA and have been fairly competitive.
