Then (and only then) let's not forget that Volunteers, Rebels, and Aggies usually keep firearms handy. Commodores may have nothing more than sleek little bronze telescopes

Commodores may carry a sidearm but should at least be considered armed with a saber. If the Commodore is 64, they may come equipped with a joystick

Texas A&M has a collie for a mascot, which while attractive, does not look to be equipped with a sidearm. Having paws and no opposable thumbs, just as well as dog firing said sidearm would not be possible.

Yell Leaders do not appear to carry sidearms but may play with each others joysticks.

What's going on in that picture? Looks like a statue of Mrs Butterworth is watching a bunch of milkmen take a quick break from their grab-arse tournament

That's a very rare outlier. Most are under 400. You know humans can occasionly approach 1,000 lbs as well but you can't say that's how big we are.

Y'all so badly want to be accepted by Bama and thought of as their equal. So fricking sad.

1. Bama - elephant

3 way tie for #2:
LSU, Mizzou, AU - tiger

2. Ole Miss - Bear

6. UF - gator
7. Arky - boar
8. Vandy - Man

4 way tie for #9:
UT, UGA, State, A&M - dog

13. UK - Wildcat
14. USC - rooster

Close. Gators just edge out tigers.

African Elephant - 10,000 lbs
Gator - 600 lbs
Tiger - 500 lbs
Black Bear - 250 lbs
Wild boar/feral hog - 200 lbs
American man - 195 lbs
Blue tick hound - 65 lbs
English bulldog - 55 lbs
Sheltie - 21 lbs
Wildcat/Bobcat - 21 lbs
Gamecock - 5 lbs

Upon further review, that's actually a pretty good representation of the conference. Bama's far bigger than all the rest combined.

We could use the weight of the average wife/girlfriend and you would still finish 1 and 2.

I'm okay with being third (because we are the Bayou BENGALS, whereas the other two schools make no distinction) behind the biggest landmass animal on the planet and a creature that survived the extinction of the dinosaurs.

That's a Collie, averaging about 55 lbs.

Still a dog following queers in overalls around though.
