Auburn's 2016 opponents:
Clemson
Arkansas State
Texas A&M
LSU
Louisiana Monroe
@ Mississippi State
Bye
Arkansas
@ Ole Miss
Vanderbilt
@ Georgia
Alabama A&M
@ Alabama

Mark me down for 7-6 with an outside chance at 9-10 wins if John Franklin III gives Gus Malzahn his typical Junior College quarterback (Chris Todd, Cam Newton and Nick Marshall). Auburn has a chance to make a run considering they typically do well when nobody gives them a chance, and the schedule sets up rather nicely. That being said, Auburn has problems at tackle, unknowns at wide receiver, a mess at quarterback, and an always questionable defense that plays under their talent level.
I see definite losses against LSU, Alabama, Ole Miss and Clemson. Toss-ups with Texas A&M, Georgia, Arkansas and Mississippi State. Wins against Vandy, Alabama A&M, Arkansas State and Louisiana Monroe.
What about the rest of you dickwads? We have a long ways until the spring and fall.

10-2 for UT. Losses come between any combination of UF, @UGA, @A&M, and Bama. Those 4 games are back to back with no byes in between.

I'll give you 8-5.
LSU= 12-1
LSU= 12-1

2016 is finally the year Tennessee wins the SEC East, IMO.
It has to be. It's now or never.

I'll go with 11-3. Losses to Florida and Alabama in the regular season, another loss to Alabama in the SEC Championship and a bowl game win.

I know that's not a bad year, but I'd be pissed as frick anyway.

15-0 ... mUSChamp-ionship.

Would take @A&M off the possible lost games, and put @USC instead. Seems like the perfect circumstances for a trap game, especially if we're able to beat Bama two weeks prior.

UGA's 2016 opponents:
North Carolina
Nicholls State
@ Missouri
@ Ole Miss
Tennesee
@ South Carolina
Vanderbilt
Bye
Florida
@ Kentucky
Auburn
Louisiana - Lafayette
Georgia Tech

To me, looks like most likely scenario is 8-9 wins from that. Definitely some upside, but would take getting some good breaks along with a quick return of Nick Chubb in addition to better than expected performance from freshman QB Jacob Eason and a slew of newly added WRs. Offensive Line is a giant question mark, so Pittman will definitely have his work cut out for him. If he can patchwork together some semblance of an SEC worthy line, the team could surprise.
I see at least 2 (possibly 3-4) losses coming from: UNC, Ole Miss, Tennessee, Florida
Maybe 1 loss coming from Auburn or Ga Tech
Probable wins against Vandy, Nicholls State, Missouri, South Carolina, Kentucky, La-La
Mentioned it in another thread when discussing UT's upcoming season, but if we manage to win that game (don't believe we do), that could be trouble for Butch. Let's say the Ole Miss and UF games are losses... If we're able to beat UT, I'd assume they probably drop one to either UF or Bama as well, putting us both at 2 SEC losses with the head to head going to UGA. At that point, either UF has taken the division or they're praying we lose another to a team we would be favored over, or at least a pick'em with Auburn at home. Precarious situation for the Vols in a year with big expectations.
Overall, Kirby's in good shape regardless, but I feel like the schedule does somewhat give some cause for optimism for us. It will be important to be competitive in every game, as that will help with the brand and message that Kirby is putting out there.

I see where you're coming from. We need to break one of the streaks in 2016. On paper we should beat Florida(again) but I'm not picking us to beat them again until we actually do. I said that before last season started but as the season got closer I got confident and broke down and said we could. I'd take 11-3 but I'd sacrifice a loss to someone like Texas A&M or South Carolina if it meant a win over Florida or Alabama

If we lose more than one game, I may never post on this site again

I expect you guys to get to at least 8 wins. Wouldn't be surprised at all if you got to 9. You're right the schedule isn't THAT tough. Last 4 games of the season set up well for a nice streak to end the year

Yeah. I mean every game in this conference is a test and with a new staff, I'm still not certain what to expect, but I feel like 8 wins should be the floor unless something horrible goes wrong. The hardest part about the schedule is the early road games assuming Eason is starting at QB, but Mizzou and USC both under new staffs, and USC will be breaking in their own new QB it sounds like.
Ole Miss on the road is the glaring road block that I just don't see us winning, but it does setup nicely to get the team focused and ready before the division matchup with you guys. Still think we lose that one just due to the amount of experience you guys will have on the field and the fact that I've yet to see a UGA team handle a mobile QB particularly well in recent years.
