SEC Network on Cox in OKC.....

I just had an online chat with a Cox representative for my area saying they were still negotiating with ESPN on price, etc. and this is being done by area of the country. That seems a bit odd to me as I was under the impression Cox had already signed a deal. Anyone in the OKC area have any updated information on this?
