I was shocked to see Ark being in the top 3 for many of these stats, since their 5-5 in the SEC and 8th in the standings.

I am shocked at how bad we are this year. We have arguably one of the best players in the country, some other big name guys. I don't get it, but we will be back soon I believe

we're kind of an odd team. we're not really bad at all, just not that good. we've got a lot of spunk and heart and desire. we need the bulk of this team with one or two more really good players then we'd have both heart and kick arse potential.

Simmons is in the top 5 for Points, Assists, Rebounds, Steals, and FG percentage per game.

First post here, but I'll give this a shot. Malik Newman isn't anywhere close to as good as he was advertised. Calling him "one of the best players in the country" is a reach, like go-go gadget arms reach. Other than that I think your post is somewhat accurate. Yeah you guys suck, yeah y'all are bringing in some 4 stars, but so is everyone else. Its really surprising to me though how MState has had continuity on their team for the past 4 years and there hasn't been any progression at all.
