A'shawn Robinson and Montavius Adams were the only ranked interior defenders A'shawn with 84.3 Adams with 83.1, Nick Chubb was the nation's highest rated running back with 89.0! Zeke was 88.9, Jonathan Williams was second in the SEC and 8th in the nation with 82.2, Derrick Henry 9th and 3rd in the SEC with 82.1 and Jalen Hurd 10th in the nation and 4th in the sec with 81.9. Vernon, Sutton, Tabor, and A.J Dean of Arkansas were all the ranked cornerbacks, no safeties were included.

PFF is a renowed system that grades NFL players, it's what coaches use, recently they started grading college players.

Why? Fournette wasn't dominant last year. Wasn't even top 5 in rushing yards last year in the sec. He was a good sec back, nothing more nothing less which is not a knock on him, it's just the truth.

I'm really surprised Fournette wasn't voted player with the most potential.

You realize that Fournette only rushed for over 100yds 5 times in 13 games last year.

What stunning rushing yards in these games:

18yds against Wisconsin
52yds against ULM...
38yds against Miss St.
42yds against Auburn
40yds against Kentucky
79yds against Bama
9yds against Arkansas

Take off the purple and gold glasses dude! He was not even in the same class as some other RB's in the SEC last year.

Arkansas beating LSU 17-0 still doesn't make any sense at all.

10 rushing attempts at Auburn, 5 atts at Arkansas, 7 against Miss St...... Look at the bigger picture. Sure he didnt live up to some people's expectations, but when you have to run against a loaded box and also have minimal carries not every game is going to be spectacular. However, will no QB and less carries, he managed to break the freshmen rushing leader record at LSU AND still hasnt even reached anywhere close to his ceiling.

I am not saying that he doesn't have a high ceiling nor has he come anywhere close to reaching his potential. I also think he is a badass!!!

The context of my post was to show the LSU poster above that said list was shite and could not be taken seriously because Fournette wasn't on there, that his logic is completely and utterly flawed based off of last year. The only 2 defenses with a pulse that LSU and Fournette put up any rushing yards against were Alabama and Florida.

I hope something gives in the QB competition at LSU and the light comes on for one of the QB's or Fournette's potential may be wasted for another year.

What about Ole Miss?? 23 atts and 113 yds..... LSU went on I believe a 13 play game clinching drive, with 12 being rushing plays. They loaded the box every single play, yet we still ran down their throats.
