This is lazy. Last year we were a dark horse to win the east, but still finished second and in line with expectations.
We haven't been picked seriously to win the east since 2007 or 2008. Thanks for playing.
Don't confuse overly optimistic Vols with media expectations.
It just so happens that media expectations match up with fan expectations for the first time in a long time this year.

If UGA fans continue to get mislabeled despite our fans being rational and the media overhyping, then UT fans are damn sure gonna get labeled despite tempered media expectations and irrational fans.

While UT fan's expectations were tempered last year...SDS did predict UT to win the East in their Way Too Early Prediction page.
