2004 South Carolina
2007 Vanderbilt
2011 Florida
2015 Florida

We clearly need to move the tournament to stop giving the West such a homefield advantage.

Yeah, move the basketball title out of Nashville so us in the West have a shot at it...

They should move it to the new Braves stadium next year.

I'm not sure there's much homefield advantage for a baseball tournament in Hoover, AL on some random weekdays in May.

If anything, you make the case for moving it. People are going to travel less on a weekday vs. a weekend when it's several hours away.

Most schools in this area didn't even get out till yesterday or today, so that would eliminate a lot of the local presence.

You don't have a shot at it if we play it on the moon. The home court advantage will always be Kentucky's

Huh?

Playing better baseball is the key to winning in Hoover.
USCs suckage in the SEC tournament is well documented moving to a new location probably wouldn't help.

I'd rather win the CWS anyways.

about football's championship? Please provide examples. I'm on this site more than I care to admit and I've never seen anyone bitch about Atlanta. Hoover, yea. Hoover sucks balls.

You mean like they did in 2014, 2012, 2011, 2009, 2008, 2007....

For several years it was played in old Louisville Gardens and will be as far West as St. Louis in 2018. Conference tournaments should rotate if you have the facilities to accommodate it.

It should be in Atlanta every year.

Basketball? Nah. It's traditionally rotated except for a handful of stretches. There's no good reason it shouldn't rotate, especially with the expansion of the conference. Permanent sites are silly for tournament formats unless you had a historical venue like Madison Square Garden in the old Big East. I understand it being static for a single football championship game.
