It is when one team has had the #1 player in the country during that stretch and the other has one of the most fertile recruiting cities in the conference and still underachieves every year.

When I clicked on the thread I was expecting since expansion in 1991-92.
Though I think Kentucky, Arkansas, and Florida are the winningest teams in league play over the last three years or so.
