SEC Basketball RPI & Tourney outlook

Couple of notes...Entire league is ranked in top 100 of RPI for first time this season, outside of the two teams who are ranked 220+. SEC continues to be ranked ahead of the Pac 12 and the gap has widened since the end of last week.

That is pretty close to how I would rank the teams based on what I have seen. I would move usc and atm up a few spots. Maybe move om and vandy down a little.

League RPI's should stay in okay shape as long as nobody loses to State or Missouri.

We should make the tourney this year, but our schedule is backloaded again this year so if we go on a skid to finish the season like we did last year we could miss it again. We look better than we did last season though imo.

Much better, it is still very early but I would be surprised if Florida doesn't finish in the top 3 just based on what we have seen so far.

Not having Thornwell really hurt us

The fact that one player being out can hurt us this bad concerns me as well.

There's like a 0.5% chance that we miss the tournament. That's not hyperbole.

We're far more likely to end up with a Top 4 seed than miss the tournament.
