Surprises so far IMO...

We dropped like 5 straight games at one point in the Non-Con slate. Our pitching is solid as hell but our bats just died for a couple of weeks. Our hitting has been hit or miss(pun unintended) over the last two weeks. We have some solid hitters in our line up but it just got ice cold. That might have something to do with the large number of freshmen and sophomores in the lineup.
Hopefully MSU's pitching is as thin as they've made it seem and we can do our best to get into their bullpen early. Our guys need some confidence.

After going 0-fer at that invitational....we can't afford to drop too many more series. We desperately need a sweep this weekend to level out dropping the series to Kentucky.

UK being 5-1 is a surprise, especially since they have 3 new weekend starters. Our early sweep of them keeps looking better and better. Maybe the committee won't completely screw the Heels this year.
