Is making fun of Tennessee baseball a thing now?

DVH? Hell no...Dale Denton has wanted him fired every season, but everyone else who is an Arkansas baseball fan appreciates his 14 NCAA Regional Appearances and 4 CWS appearances so far at Arkansas.
DVH has had a hell of a run here and some season the stars will align and win it all IMO.

It's been kind of a tradition since 2005.

I don't understand this. We were within a a few of Ole Miss pre-series. We sweep and move up several spots. They get swept and drop (or is it goes up 30 spots). I know it's a work in progress throughout the year but the formula just seems flawed.

Looking at the next 2 weekends (UK and at USCe), our RPI will ascend bigly.

Not only did Ole Miss get swept, but those losses all came at home. RPI rewards road wins bigly, but also will punish a team for losing so many at home. Winning at home is considered easier than on the road. East Carolina also got swept this weekend and fell to RPI #71, which also hurt Ole Miss.

If State wins.
UK has taken at least a series from conference foes played so far
SC dropped a series to Auburn

AU swept a top 10 rpi team and took a series from another. Was our early schedule so much worse than others that it is weighing us down, or do I just not understand rpi at all, or both.

OOC is what the issue is. For example...Arkansas played (2)Arizona (60)Nebraska and (47)Oklahoma State OOC in Frisco along with a top 50 RPI team in Rhode Island(3 game series) and a 2 game road series at RPI #63 Louisiana Tech.
For you guys, the highest rated OOC opponent you faced was Florida A&M and it was one game. The next highest was 72 South Alabama and it was only a one game set. You did play Georgia Tech and they're #44 so that helps. To answer your question, yes, Auburns collection of OOC opponents is the issue with your RPI.
Saying all that, if AU continues to win games, it really won't matter and the RPI will reflect such.
