Big series win. Mingione and his staff look like the real deal. He certainly has more energy than Patterson.

Like they were saying, he enjoyed Lexington in his assistant stint under Cohen and I think he genuinely wants to move UK up the pack. The new stadium is coming at the right time.

I think UF and LSU are having a competition with the other series this weekend to see the least total combined runs scored.

New stadium looks amazing. I went to Cliff Hagan for a game against UGa a couple years ago and while it has some charm, it's definitely dated and small.

It's amazing we got 4 runs off Poche.

Say what you will about our shitty stadium but the actual field is legit.

I don't think LSU fans want to say it, but losing Cannizaro to MSU hurt. The replacement hire seems like they had no other options.

I'm sad to say it but yes it definitely hurt.

I'm pretty sure most of the people who follow the team have said it.

Mizzou takes today's game 7-2.

I hate games played in the rain.

UGA evened the series against AU today 4-1. I have been impressed with the middle of their order. They actually should have already had the series if not for a late AU comeback yesterday. What I got from this series so far is that Thompson and Mize should keep us in almost every game they pitch but we have very little after that. We also can not hit a lefty apparently. Very happy with where we are but I think anything above a .500 record in SEC would be awesome for this team.

We must have the dumbest most inept in-game coach in the SEC.
