SEC Active Coaches Win Percentages

This is the overall record (by percentage) of active SEC coaches with at least 2 seasons in the conference.
Saban- .828
Miles- .801
Richt- .746
Muschamp- .692
Spurrier- .641
Franklin- .576
We can see that Saban and Miles are topping out Richt due to two really bad seasons in Richt's 11 year career at UGA, and the fact UGA doesn't play as many cupcakes.
We can see that Muschamp is fighting his way to the top, he's not far behind.
We can see that Spurrier has done less with South Carolina in 8 seasons than Franklin has done at Vanderbilt in two. And less than what Muschamp has done at Florida in two years.
I just thought these numbers were interesting. That's all.

I wonder if those include the vacated wins in Saban's first year--over textbooks.
I think that was at least five or six "W"s turned into "L"

I meant Out of Conference games.
The west is tough... but there's always Ark, Miss ST, and Ole Miss. Same as the East with Tenn (until recently), Carolina (only recently), Florida and Georgia. But we've still got Vandy and Kentucky for conference cupcakes.
That's not really what it's about.
A realistic look at the last ten years of each teams' out of conference schedule will educate you on what teams chose to play competitive opponents. Who does LSU play for the first four games in 2013?
Until you answer that question, STFU about strength of schedule..... funny how LSU fans will be the first to buck up and scoff at the issue, while Bama fans admit it and say that's part of playing the game, don't intentionally schedule difficult games for yourself when you are already in the toughest conference in the country with several top tens already on the schedule, a philosophy I happen to agree with... I'm just saying that Georgia (unfortunately) hasn't adopted that philosophy in the last 11 years. I wish they would have... and hope they do in the future... but facts are facts... LSU and Bama have had easier schedules than UGA, going back 11 years.

The vacated wins changed our record in 2007 from 7-6 to 2-6.
Saban's record at Alabama is 63-13 (82.89%) with the 2-6 record in 2007 compared to 68-13 (83.95%) with the 7-6 record in 2007.

Also, the point is that Spurrier hasn't done much with Carolina.
If Franklin has another 9 win season, he'll tie Spurrier's % at Carolina. That's sad.

.641>.576, no?
And I'm confused on what you're basing this off of. Is this their records at their current schools, just in the SEC, entire career records, or just against SEC opponents? TIA.
Spurrier has a career coaching record of .728

At school where they actively coach, and have coached for at least 2 years. I thought I made that clear in the OP.

Again, Ithought UGA fans didn't care about Carolina enough to start threads about us..?
Is deeprig UGA's version of our Gcockboi? Spurrier is in his head.

You get to play Tech every year.

Why bother with comparing 2 years to 6 or 7?
You do suck. You know that right?
Are you less than a score old?

Why isn't Dan Mullen on this list?
A Grinder would've asked this question, if there were any Grinders left on the Rant.

Another 9 win season for Franklin next year with an additional win in a bowl, he'll be at .641, tied with Spurrier's record at South Carolina.
Think about that for a while.

Nope. You said

Spurrier's overall percentage record is not what you listed in the OP

Imagine what Franklin could do at Carolina.. if he can match Spur's record at Vanderbilt.
