You don't remember all the threads starting with:
"We have to play Florida every year."
"We play a tougher schedule than Alabama."
"We lost because of the refs."
"we need to move the SEC offices because they are in Birmingham."
and it goes on and on and on....and lets not forget:
"Our SEC day is on Thursday and Alabama gets Sunday and I don't have a DVR and I don't know how to find a game on YouTube and.....and....and...."
It seems like LSU fans love to wallow in the "It's us against the rest of the world."

Is it too much to want to be able to watch some games that I wasn't alive for or too young to remember. Christ.
Which games, and how do you know they will be on during that time?" If I remember correctly they only showed 3 games from UGA last time.

I dont recall any such threads. Frankly I think you're making the whole thing up.

God forbid I be able to watch them on a nice sized television screen and not at the resolution they are on YouTube as well as only being able to fine '97 Florida and the Earthquake Game just in highlights.
Lets take this slowly....
A lot of the stuff on YouTube is in HD now. If it is not and it is an older game it won't be in HD anywhere.
Once you find the game you are looking for, you can stream it to your TV, or if you don't have a Smart TV you can hard wire your computer to the TV and watch the game.
I gotta tell you man....I am an old guy. One of the oldest on this entire site and I think I can find almost any game I want to and watch it. You are just looking for things to complain about now.

youtube isn't at full 1080p on all of those videos so it gets stretched to hell.
If it was recorded in HD, it is HD on YouTube. If it wasn't recorded in HD it won't be HD on anything.

I'd enjoy watching it as close to the original resolution as possible,
If it is older games you are interested in (And you said in an earlier post it was) then it won't be in 1080P either.

Sorry. This truly isn't aimed at you. I'm just amazed at this guy, I guess.

Really? I guess nobody cares about the Georgia games, then. I can find just about any of them I want to. But, in all honesty, I always wondered about the copyright stuff for the games.

It aint easy wearing these colors at times.

Yeah I subscribed to a guy who had a ton of games on there. He got shut down by the man. I blame the REC.

I know. I was born in Baton Rouge and went back there to live/work as an adult for another 3-4 years. I was a huge LSU fan as a kid.
I feel your pain.
All in all, though, there are a lot of good stuff that goes with being a LSU fan, too.

Ok let's be real clear. I'm fully capable with basic consumer technology. And you're right. Some things on YouTube are in full 1080, most aren't. Their equivalent that would be broadcast on an ESPN channel will still far exceed them in quality as well as consistency in terms of not having to buffer and what not. Our wifi setup is not set up well for our house. Our main TV and router are on opposite ends of the house because my dad keeps the router in his office. In addition A LOT of LSUs football games got removed over copyright infringement as somebody earlier pointed out. Plus there's basketball games and other events that aren't on YouTube that will be shown that I may like to see. All I was saying it's obviously better and more convenient to have your teams day be on Sunday or Saturday than in the middle of the work week.

From you that's funny. From the other guy, I would take that seriously.

That is fair but most schools are going to get screwed, you aren't the only one. There really isn't anyway around it.

Ok. This I get and can understand and feel for you on. Buffering is terrible with bad connections and routers being on opposite ends of the house, etc.

You need to sneak into his office and steal the router, then. Just make sure you act innocent afterwards.

I don't remember seeing basketball games last time they did this. Only football....but, admittedly, I did not really pay close attention. I DVRd the games i was interested in.

There is no doubt you are correct. But, alas, only two teams get Saturday or Sunday. Everybody can't get it. I think you would have been ok with your post if you had not singled out Alabama. LSU fans seem to complain about Alabama getting preference a lot on here.

I had no idea that existed. I know this was for the other guy, but it's good information to have.
And I apologize to the OP and other LSU fans. My frustration just got the better of me.
