SC fans why has SOS been so bad at signing good QBs?

I've always heard he hates recruiting and is pretty demanding of QBs but I would think he could do better than the level of QB play that he's had. Here's all the QB's he's signed after taking over in '05:
2005- Cade Thompson and Tommy Beecher. Both Transferred.
2006- Chris Smelley 3*. His name says it all.
2007- Stephen Garcia. Hell of a player and drinker
2008- Reid Mccollum and Aramis Hillary. Who?
2009- Andrew Clifford. Known more for moped wreck than football
2010- Connor Shaw and Dylan Thompson. Connor was awesome. Dylan was decent.
2011-Martay Mattox. Switched to CB and transferred.
2012- Brendan Nosovitch and Perry Orth. LOL.
2013- Connor Mitch.

2014- Michael Scarnecchia. What a name. TBD
2015-Roberto Nunez. Looks good for now
2016- Brandon Mcllwain tbd.
Removing Shaw, Thompson, Garcia and the 2014-2016 QBs the other 9 were a combined:
344-622(55%) for 3051 yards, 27 tds and 29 ints. That is pathetic especially for a guy like SOS. QB is the only position that has truly sucked for SC.

ETA: Aramis Hillary was signed as a WR/Ath out of Strom Thurmond.
Perry Orth was not a signee .... he's a walk on.
Brendon Nosovitch was a highly touted record breaking QB out of Pennsylvania.
Connor Mitch was a highly touted record breaking QB out of North Carolina.

Auburn fans shouldn't comment on QB's sucking. See as almost everyone save Cam has sucked for almost a decade.

UF's QB's have been pretty average, with some of that due to talent but most due to coaching, especially under WM. Even JD looks like a QB playing for LA Tech. I would stick my head in a wood chipper if I was an SC fan.

Jason Campbell was site in the NFL. TIM MFING TEBOW WAS 1ST RD PICK. Cam is a pretty decent NFL QB.
