Sad times when the two top dogs in the East (Mizzou and Georgia) are silent

...because they've went from competing with each other for an SEC Championship berth last year, to one (Georgia) debating who will replace Mark Richt and the other (Mizzou) wondering how we lost to Kentucky and only scored 3 points against an overrated Florida.
Sad times.
Oh how the mighty have fallen.
But that's only because the East is down. Explains why bottom dwelling teams like Kentucky, Florida, and Tennessee are having a better than normal year.
Just wait until the East (Mizzou and Georgia) is back at full strength.

Well the East is down, obviously.
Things will get back to normal next year.

Mizzou is definitely not what I would call a top dog in the East.
I have never seen a less deserving team be in the SEC
Championship game. Which was made obvious when Mizzou actually played the championship games. Some of their wins over the last few years could really be classified as miracles.

When did they become the top dogs in the East. Since the East was created Florida has been the big dog.

And Tennessee to a lesser extent.

Tennessee's having a better than normal year? This year has sucked arse up until last Saturday.

Well, TN fans have reason to celebrate since you all played your superbowl against Georgia and actually won! Honestly, it was an impressive and remarkable victory. If you lost every game from here on out...you'd still have the Georgia victory which means you had a better than normal year!

Stop losing bowl games to Yankee schools like Notre Dame.
You're bringing the house values down in the neighborhood.

Wow, I did not mean to strike a nerve. Calm down, feller.

UGA was a firewall game. Not a super bowl.
But it's pretty dumb suggesting that we would consider this season a success with a 3-8 record with losses to Vanderbilt, South Carolina, Kentucky, and North friggin Texas just because we beat Georgia.
