Because they put themselves in a situation that could have potentially hurt their future.
Even though they weren't charged with anything, corrective action to change behavior is appropriate.

They were CHARGED with several crimes. The DA chose not to PROSECUTE them.

Lots of folks are wrongly arrested. The DA corrected an egregious error by the police.

The DA dropped the charges due to insufficient evidence.

u are trolling right? Who said they do nothing wrong? They were wrong in their behavior but the DA decided not to prosecute. My guess he did not want to admit the cops had an illegal search..So NS is working with them to correct some things in their life that need to be corrected.
I wonder what would have happened if TAMU had done the same thing with JM instead of making him their super hero.

Why the down vote? That's what happened.
Maybe the charges were bogus, maybe the DA didn't think he could win or maybe he just decided to give them a break. I doubt anybody on this board knows the truth but I suspect Saban does.
The points were learn the language - there's a difference between a charge and a prosecution; and Saban probably knows what he's doing.
If you don't like truth, logic and grammar, you can kiss my arse.

I just find it strange that he is hanging out the cops for arresting two men in a closed park at 2am. He almost sounds like a parent that wants to blame everyone else for his kids behavior.

have you heard there were 4 people in the car but only the two Bama students were arrested. Have you heard..........have you heard? I have no clue what it means but what you and I have read does not tell the entire story. In NS I trust. I trust you are allin for Gus the Bus
