Manziel would've been a WR at LSU
and the only thing he is good at is breaking long runs vs Bama.

I don't blame him. LM fricked him over the last four years. We all waited for him to finally get a chance and it never happened. He didnt even touch the ball the other night

He wasn't a starting WR for LSU during his career?
He didn't get ample playing time his soph and junior year?
It must've been another #10 who kept dropping passes. My bad.
He was never going to be a QB in CFB. He's not big enough to be a RB, they tried to make him into a WR to do the Percy Harvin type stuff, but he runs bad routes and doesn't have great hands.
He got times on the field, he just wasn't better this year than the other WRs we have.

You should use him for that then. Might win a game.

All of those things may be true. But if thats the case they could have just left him at QB those four years. Kid was no factor his entire career.

Then why the frick did Miles beg him to come back for his senior season? All he did was frick the kid over and not play him this past year.

What I wanna know is if he runs bad routes and has bad hands then why the heck is he playing WR?
Why not just leave him at QB. Use him as a wildcat kinda guy.
A friend of mine who is a LSU fan and I were talking about Sheppard before the Ole Miss game. I thought the kid had already graduated.
We can all agree he was a athlete. One would think you'd find a way to get a great athlete the ball.

Shep got numerous opportunities at LSU. Unfortunately for him it didn't work out. Would it have turned out differently elsewhere? Who knows. I wish him the best in the future but its time to move on.
