If the rant is any guide the Vols have one of the most prestigious programs in the country. For instance, the Vols haven't failed to win at least 4 games in a season for almost 100 years, while other prestigious programs have had seasons where they won no games at all.
Certainly the level of attention paid to UT by the fans of other schools has to make you wonder.
