Is he one of Chavis' elite linebackers?

No, but his production peaked in 2014. It's a similar situation to when Trey Williams declared after the 2014 season and went undrafted. He's declaring because he doesn't want to waste another year in the Kevin Sumlin shite-show.

Wonder how much money he loses in the NFL due to fines for trying to injure opponents.

I really thought RSJ was going to be an absolute star for y'all. Best of luck to him in the future.

I'll think of him as being one of the biggest busts ever. RSJ or Speedy? I can't decide.

He really had no reason to stay.

He's big, and if he runs under 4.6, he'll go top 100 at worst.

I hope Speedy declares just to give another "frick you" to Sumlin.

He might have been a bigger waste of money than Sumlin.

Thought this guy would be all world coming out of HS. What a disappointing college career.

I'm struggling to find a player that got BETTER under Kevin Sumlin besides Mike Evans.

You guys have any solid second teamers who can immediately fill in?

When he decommitted from Texas, I was pissed. Pretty sure he was the #1 WR and one of the top 10 recruits in the country. I thought for sure he was a lock to be an elite CFB player.

Was he the one that caught his first TD of the season last night?

Let me put it to you this way. Accommodating Ricky Seals-Jones desire to play SLOT RECEIVER at 6'5 is the reason that A&M hasn't done shite with a tight end the last four years.
