Replace USC with a team likely to beat LSU, would LSU still be as nice?

Doubt it. LSU knows they're about to go in dry, so they're going out of their way to make it as comfortable as possible.

If #1 bama was coming to town, there wouldn't be 'Geaux Tide' billboards put up

When Fayetteville gets whacked by an EF5 don't call us for a helping hand.

Either way, you gotta give LSU credit.

I think so. Louisiana knows that feel, and regardless of some of the shite stains that post here there are some good folks in Louisiana. I don't know about "geaux Bama" billboards but they would be accommodating.

Most fans are rational enough to separate a game that is meant for entertainment and would help others going through a tough time regardless of team affiliation. Look no further than people from Auburn turning out by the thousands to help in Tuscaloosa after the tornadoes, other people from around the southeast and all over the country did the same. Believe it or not, football isn't life or death for most people

Hell no.

But it will not stop them from beating their chests telling everyone, "Look at us, look at us, we are being sooooo nice please give us credit and thanks for being so nice."

Not everything is about football

You may never understand it, but Louisianans show empathy in situations like this

I don't expect us to go in dry, and not chalking up a win at all. USCe is an SEC school, with talent, and nothing to lose whatsoever. I would think the game is a welcome distraction for them.
