LSU trolling Bama is like Aggy trolling LSU.

We haven't earned it.

Its only fitting, then, to troll a fanbase who didn't earn half the things they claim.

And I think its a fair assessment to make that DB coaching at Bama has been subpar lately. Has the secondary even been good since Pruitt left?

Saban hates that gimmickly run/pass option where OL are 5-6 yards down field.

I remember Saban being able to mold talented DBs. I don't remember him ever working any magic though.

I agree both with the light jab, we've earned THAT. Also, I agree with the point of the OP.

How about Saban step back off the DB coaching for a bit. Give someone else a shot!

Still doesn't change the fact that the "Saban is a great DB coach" narrative is a fabrication

Thank you. While my post clearly is a bit of a troll, there is a valid point behind it: Bama DBs have fallen off from what they were 3-4 years ago

I think he still is, but it's worth bringing in someone else that can be more dedicated to that position.

I don't remember him being able to coach 5'10" guys up to 6'1".

Saban is as good at coaching DB's as offensive guru Cam Cameron is at coaching QB's and the forward pass.

That is a problem. Especially considering there are no good NFL corners under 6'1".

They did. Alabama hired Mel Tucker in the off season. Biggest issue Bama has right now is experience.
