Yeah, I saw Monty, I think it was, get flat tackled on one play yesterday. It's a lot easier to see holding on the edges.

SEC refs, by in large, do not call holding. Bama's opponents have been called for fewer holding penalties than any other team's opponents over the last 2 years. Really hard to believe, considering our defensive line has been by far the best during that stretch.
What makes it hilarious is you people bitching like Alabama is the beneficiary of the no calls, when in fact, the opposite is true. Refs feel sorry for our opponents so they keep the hankies in their pockets.

What we saw on the Rant over the weekend is a major scandal devloping involving officiating that favors Alabama.
It needs serious scrutiny.
It could and should - unless it is dealt with - blow up the SEC's preeminent position in Football.
