I really think had Muschamp not been fired he would have had at least an average offense by now. The recruiting was elite under WM and he was set to bring in some epic classes. People forget that he had to clean up the abomination that Meyer left behind which put him behind the 8 ball. Yes WM made a couple questionable decisions hiring coaches and was too conservative but I think his recruiting was going to catch up with his style of play and UF would have been dominating the east...not just winning the east by default.

11-1 (ceiling) / 8-4 (Floor)

Toss ups vs. UGA, UM, FSU, LSU

Slight favorite vs UT and TAMU

Substantial favorites vs. everyone else.

Exactly, McElwain has won the East 2 years in a row without a competent qb. Kirby lost to Vandy at home, and barely beat Nicholls st. at home. Plus y'all all forget just how many injuries on defense UF fought through at the end of last season. The LSU game alone UF was missing every starting LB. They played the game with 2 true freshmen at LB. Plus were without 2 starting D linemen.

Geoff Collins bolted when he could. That GATA Defense will be a joke next season. Still waiting for SWAMP DONKEY to put in his dog ClaraBell at QB

The floor for UF is 4-8 with a loss to Ga Southern.
The university is heading back to that direction at the moment.

6-6 to 8-4. We still have dead weight on staff in Nord and Nuss. The offense still doesn't have it figured out at OL and QB. I'm not impressed with RS and the defensive talent has taken a huge step back in talent and is young at DT, LB and CB. I expect the offense to struggle, the defense will too and Mac to fired in November. His recruiting is off to another slow start in year 3.

Lol this. Its not like he inherited a mess. Butch jones also recruited top 5 his first year and he didnt have close to the in state talent. He may be great but in his first year there is no more reason to think hes going to be great than there was for muschamp at UF.

F1orida fans living in the past. How very Tennessee of you

Getting run out of Neyland Stadium by Lyle Jones after being spotted 21 points has done a number on you, internet user Earl Watson.

Kentucky could scare a few people this year. At best they are an 8 win team though.

But I do know that they lost a lot of NFL talent on defense and I don't necessarily trust Cheese teeth to run a competent offense

What will their goal line defense vs the toss dive look like?

Watch out for Vanderbilt sneaking in to win the East. They have Georgia and Alabama at home this year. That sets up nicely.
