For you Barners who are interested, the YouTube poster Stephen Barnett has posted the 1993 Alabama-Auburn game from Jordan-Hare utilizing the Auburn Radio Network radio broadcast for commentary.
This game was not on TV due to Auburn's NCAA probation.
Alabama led 14-5 at the half but the Tigers were able to storm back and win 22-14.

93 season was rough. Couldn't stay away from the injury bug. Big let down coming off the nc. I could be wrong but don't think we finished ranked. If we did it was barely.

Not only could you be wrong, you could be very wrong. Bama finished second in the west, went to the SECCG because Auburn was ineligible, and finished ranked 14th. They were never unranked during the entire season and finished 9-3-1.

Other than 2012, Auburn almost always seems to beat Alabama coming off of a natty season. It's crazy.
Doubt they'll do it this year, but still though.

It's because we beef-up the payroll when you guys win.

Man, I remember listening to this game on the radio in my front yard, tossing the ball around. Then when the unspeakable happened, I remember my dickhead, fatty, Aub neighbors dancing around singing 'Whoop, there it is." Haha. Time flies and things change: kids these days would probably think listening to a game on the radio would be akin to a telegram, and I'm not much more than 30
I was really curious what the setup in BDS might have been for this, considering that quality large screen projectors must have been relatively limited in '93. Came across the below article which includes a crappy picture of the screen but you can't see much else in terms of the surroundings.

I wish there were more YouTube channels like that guy. Even though I feel like he doesn't upload very many Bama victories.

Some of the stories that some of the former Bama players tell about the officiating (specifically what some of the officials said to them during the game) in this game are legendary. Of my 30+ years of following the Tide, this one stands out from all the rest in that regard.

I remember when MSU used to give Alabama a good game regardless how good you were. I went back and looked and here are some.
1991 Bama was 11-1. MSU lost 13-7
1992 Bama was 13-0 MSU lost 30-21
1994 Bama was 12-1 MSU lost 29-24
1995 lost 14-9, 1999 lost 19-7, and had MSU won we would have been back to Atlanta instead of you. Shaun Alexander broke our back on a 3rd and long. Ouch! Friend gave me a copy of that game.
Since 1996 we have beat Alabama 6 times but in fairness those were not Bama's best years. Regardless, we used to give you guys a much better game. Saban is just a monster of a coach.
