Auburn should be top 5 based solely on the fact that they have the Mises Institute and teach the Austrian School of Economics rather than Keynesian

I used to work for a company based out of Denver and I have a degree from Bama.

As someone who has hired before, professionally... my favorite colors are black and green. I don't care about where they went to school, I care about performance. Poise. Presence. Potential.

The bottom line is that every employee for every company either makes that company money or saves them money. If not, they will not be there for long. I'd hire a 14 foot tall purple bug eyed alien if they made my company money and contributed well to the bottom line.
