Looks like Florida has been the most consistent winner since facemasks were added to the helmets.

51 Vandy
40 MSU
38 KY
29 Missouri
27 Texas A&M
27 South Carolina
21 Ole Miss
15 LSU
15 Arkansas
14 Auburn
14 UGA
13 Bama
13 Tennessee
10 Florida

I did this last year and I see it needed some updating.
USC's season last year moves them in to the top 5 tied with Aggie.

Do your own list if you don't like the date range. This range is what I consider the 1st "modern era".

crazy that during LSU's run the last 15 years, we're still tied w/ them for losing seasons considering all the turmoil and drama the Arkansas football program has had. Losing seasons w/ Nutt, Petrino, Smiley, and Bert's first couple. Then there was the shitshow that we were after Hatfield.

I mean hell, just a little bit of continuity and Arkansas seems to rise.

6 of 13 for Alabama are from 1997-2006. And most of those are because of vacated wins under Shula.

I was under the impression that LSU football did not exist before Saban. Is that not true?

Tennessee has had 5 of their 13 losing seasons since 2008 and 6 since 2005.

So in the first 103 seasons of playing football, UT had 7 losing seasons. In the last 10 seasons they have had 6.

You know why it sounds crazy...because it is. I was in a hurry. Here are the corrected numbers (I was going off of the sport-reference.com site, which only goes back to 1902 when counting years):

Regardless...my numbers were off. With that being said...UT has had 5 losing seasons since 2008, and 6 losing seasons since 2005. The worst run in school history.
