1996 - Danny Wuerffel, Florida
1998 - Tee Martin, Tennessee
2003 - Matt Mauk, LSU
2006 - Chris Leak, Florida

2008 - Tim Tebow, Florida

A lot of those QB's weren't actually that great. Newton, Tebow and Wuerffel were definitely top 3.

I agree with you except Barker would be bottom 3 instead of one of the others. He was terrible in 1992.
