Out of these:

1999 - Lou Holtz era begins
2004 - Lou Holtz retires
2005 - Spurrier era begins
2010 - USC upsets #1 Alabama
2010 - USC wins a down east
2013 - USC finishes as #4 in the country.
2016 - The Will Muschamp era begins.

I go with:

#1 - USC finishes #4 in the country.
#2 - USC upsets Bama
#3 - Spurrier era begins.
#4 - Lou Holtz retires
#5 - The Will Muschamp era begins.
#6 - USC wins a down east
#7 - Lou Holtz era begins.

Eta: added a couple other moments.

You know, if Muschamp had been some great success at UF I can understand why they'd be mad. If we had somehow "stolen" him away there. But there really wasn't a lot of success outside of 1 season, why UF fans are so bitter and so worried about the hire is beyond me.

This is lame on many levels. Picking on USCe is like picking on the retarded kid at church.

Honestly. What are UT's biggest wins over the last 5 years? Are they the ones against SC? I bet they're the ones against SC. Sad how the mighty have fallen.

But hey, UT is on the rise for the 6th straight season right?

1. Easily number 1, George Rodgers wins heisman.

2. 1984 victory over notre dame. Huge win for the program in its first year to be truly competitive. Mike Hold Went all Garcia on the Irish. First big win in decades on their way to the gator bowl.
At one point the clocks were number 2 in the nation.

3. Bama win/florida win-depends on who u ask which was bigger.

I live around many UT fans. Many are beginning to say they're also Bama fans. It's been sad to watch, honestly.

I don't know. After the talent drain when Spurrier made his 2-3 year comment + the 3-9 season + relocating I really haven't had much time to keep up with the team in as much detail as I once did (and hope to do again). So I'm about as agnostic on this upcoming season as I can be.

Because of said talent drain I don't expect much out of this year, but Muschamp and Co. seem to be pulling in some really good talent again so I gues we'll see.

The fact that Steve Spurrier once worked there is their only accomplishment in football! Next question!

So we're clear...

Hiring muschamp is better/more beneficial than what mcelwain accomplished last year?
