I wouldn't argue with Mac being tier 2 after one year's performance. He could prove better or worse in the future.

Basing off talent and competitiveness with said talent alone I'd have to put Stoops a couple spots higher since his team is definitely improving on the field year to year with bottom of the barrel recruits. But overall I agree with your list.
