As of now, I'd say Malzahn should be first. I know his teams have regressed a bit, but he did a great coaching job in 2013. Took an Auburn team that was 3-9 and almost won them a national championship.
Even if they had lost to Georgia or Alabama, it still would've been a great season considering where they were.
eta: and Bert has done a good job improving his team each year. He's done more with less than any of the listed coaches.
