JR and Malik are not even remotely similar. Malik shoots an extremely low percentage from three. His explosiveness will get him drafted high, and the occasional bomb will contribute to his draft status
JR shoots 40+% from three. Malik is not capable of that from the college line.

For saying that JR Smith is a much more proficient three point shooter than Malik Monk? That's just a fact. Malik is explosive, but he's not JR Smith as far as shooting.

You are so "Typical" without even pretending to be sincere, lol.

Malik has a very good chance to be a star, but his chance is not as a shooter.

Malik Monk is less than 40% from the college line
Superstars who are struggling shoot better than that

both streaky shooters. but it ends there.

Holy dumb troll. So a mere -.55 from 40 percent from the three point line suddenly is a "low percentage shooter". Holy frick is this dumb, and keep in mind, this has been with Monk slumping. He was above a magical line of 40 apparently most of the year.

I've been very complimentary of him in this thread. I said he isn't the caliber of shooter that JR Smith is, which is true.

You're not being serious.

When I think of low percentage shooter, I think below 35%.
But this guy's "magical" line is 40%.
Good god.
Btw: NBA draft evaluators don't look at your three point percentage in college to determine if whether you're going to be a good shooter, they look at your free throw percentage.
So most of this thread has gotten debunked.
