Most were...there were a few that defended the direction of the program and the grass eating buffoon.
This year was somewhat different in that with 18 returning starters and a supposed wake up call for Miles last season, there was quite a bit of anticipation for the season both from the Tiger faithful and the national media.
My hope for LSU is that the ship gets righted through a good hire and that LSU can be proud of the play on the field for the first time in a long time.

Not at all. Be fans. Be excited. I never said otherwise. I am asking if you guys got tired of (or maybe frustrated by would be a better phrase) all the hype you guys put on your team only to be disappointed by the results.
I get that the media hypes your team and LF7, but your fans continue to hype things different from the media with no rational reason why (Brandon Harris is better, Etling is the answer, Chavis was the problem, Steele was the problem, etc). Those things are unique to your fans - not the media hype.

Our fans older than 25 are in a constant state of waiting for the other shoe to drop. The bad old days have caused something akin to a neurosis.

At least we have won something in recent memory. Try listening to the insufferable aTm posters whose program hasn't won anything of significance in 30 yrs and certainly not since they got in the SEC...
